The Partnerships/Development Associate at Impact Genius has a visible leadership role in fostering the organization's sustainability and growth through strategic partnership and sponsorship relationship management and resource acquisition. This position is key to building and maintaining partnerships, securing grants, and identifying new funding opportunities.

Partnership Development: Identify, contact, and secure potential new partners and sponsors that align with the mission and strategic goals of Impact Genius. These may include channel partners and program sponsors. Maintain a list of prospective and current partners/ sponsors. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure partnerships are effective and mutually beneficial.

Grant Writing: Take the lead in identifying grant opportunities, writing proposals, and managing grant submissions. Ensure that all grant proposals meet funder requirements and are submitted on time. Follow up on grant applications and manage reporting requirements for secured grants.

Funding Strategy: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for identifying, securing, and diversifying funding sources. Explore and tap into new funding streams that can support the expansion of Impact Genius programs globally.
